What is KWEA?
After more than a decade of operation, Korean Women Entrepreneurs Association became legally recognized under the 'Women's Business Ownership Supporting Law' in 1999 and began operations upon approval by the Small and Medium Business Administration. The KWEA is dedicated to improving the interests of businesswomen and their business endeavors. KWEA's objectives are to elevate the position of business women, to protect their interests by supporting the growth of businesses owned by women, and to promote the economic development of Korean women.

Support for women entrepreneurs' management activities
Operation of education and training in business administration
Hosting of meetings or seminars to discuss issues related to women's enterprises
Provision of opportunities to participate in other business organizations' programs
